Return & Replacement Policy

At Academia Obscura, all our products are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us at business@academia-obscura.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Order Issues Must Be Reported Quickly

To resolve any problems, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Color & Product Details

Please note that colors may look different due to monitor settings. We work hard to ensure our product images are accurate, but minor differences can occur. To ensure the best visual layout for each canvas size, images are adjusted to fit proportionally. Some sizes may include slight cropping to preserve the optimal composition and overall look of your print.
