At Academia Obscura, all our products are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners. Please review the information below for details about how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing & Production

All products are made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days after you place your order.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production is complete.
Orders may take longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Estimated Delivery Window

Most orders are delivered within 5–14 business days from the date you place your order.
International orders may take longer depending on local customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the products ordered.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package’s journey.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled by different print partners. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Our shipping department uses the exact address provided at checkout to fulfill your order. If you realize your address is incorrect after your order has shipped, please contact the delivery service handling your package to request any corrections. If your package ends up at the wrong address, please reach out to us at business@academia-obscura.com and we’ll do our best to help. However, address corrections are most effectively handled through the delivery service. We’ll work with you to try and ensure your order gets to the right place.
